Audience research POST 7

I asked people that I know what they think of my short film:

Here they are:

My Nan, Jean:

"It sounds very exciting to me! I love the inspiration from fairy tales and the settings idea, being an avid walker myself. I am concerned about how you will manage to get everyone to my house for some of the filming and how long that will take. I can't really think of anyway to improve it as I am not as creative a you."

My Mother, Suzanne:

"It sounds like you have thought this through very well Holly. I love the ballet inspiration being a fan of ballet myself and love the costume designs also being a sewing enthusiast . I am concerned about how when you get there you wont be prepared with types of shot. I think you should go up their and have a rehearsal first."

My boyfriend, Ralph:

" I think your short film sounds alright. I'd definitely watch it and I like the inspiration behind it, I am a fan of Tim burton myself. I am concerned about the people not focusing on the task or not taking instruction well. I'm not sure how you would improve your idea"

My bestie, Alfie:

" sounds very interesting. I like the combination of the concept. I am conacred about how you will effectively portray the idea of a cult. I would suggest more suggestive shots from behind or blurred so that you still get the effect."

I have greatly taken on the advice and concerns I have collated. I will address the concerns, I will only need to take two people to my nans so this can be done easily, I have not been there to do practice shots but we will arrive on the day with plenty of time to do test shots, I have carefully selected my cast and know that they are experienced, focused, and dedicated, I have thought about the issue with the cult and I hope to have the opportunity to refilm parts.
